ABOUT THE EOBC RETAIL INCUBATOR PROGRAM
The EOBC Small Business Incubator, presented by Park Central Development, is an opportunity for early-stage female minority owned retail startups seeking technical assistance, market exposure, investment, and strategic partnerships to showcase their products in a physical store. Selected companies will pitch their startups in front of the EOBC Selection and Development Committee comprised of industry experts and program partners.
In addition to being housed in a thriving commercial district (The Grove), receiving a 14-month guided tailored curriculum through the St. Louis Small Business Empowerment Center, the four (4) finalists will have access to additional opportunities to showcase their products and services

• Start-up: From 0-5 years • Be privately held and wholly owned • Less than $200k in annual revenue • Previous retail activity (pop-up or e-commerce transactions, trunk shows, job experience)
